Afrobeats artiste, Teni the Entertainer is the latest Nigerian talent to join the London-based music distribution company, Platoon.
Platoon is a music platform that was launched in 2016. Its Unique establishment allows artists to distribute their music independently. According to Platoon, Teni has been on their radar for a while and they can’t wait to work with her on her yet-to-be-released album “WONDALAND”.
Platoon is also in charge of A&R (signing and developing talent), marketing, video editing suites, funding, recording studios, and fiscal business management. Platoon houses the likes of Jorja Smith, Sam Smith, Mr Eazi, and others. In 2020, the firm signed the Duduke crooner Simi and DJ Cuppy. Teni the entertainer is the third Nigerian female artiste to be signed to Platoon.
