Nigerian Afrobeats and RnB singer, Tems has become the first Nigerian artist to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Nigerian songstress made history following her collaboration with Drake and Future on the song ‘Wait For U’. The sensational single was part of Future’s album ‘I Never Liked You.’

Furthermore, this is not the first time Tems is making the Hot 100 chart. Recall her collaboration with Justin Bieber and Wizkid on ‘Essense’ and her collaboration with Drake on ‘Fountains’ all featured on Hot 100, however, this is the first time she is appearing number one.
