Controversial Nigerian rapper, Darlington Okoye who is popularly known as Speed Darlington, has made a controversial claim about Nigerian megastar, Davido.
In a video trending online, the US-based rapper claimed that musical talent is not Davido’s forte.
Speed Darlington expressed that it amazes him how the DMW boss manages to achieve and maintain a great music career despite lacking talent.
The controversial rapper made this known via his Instagram page on Friday, 21st April 2023.
Sharing a flyer of Davido’s upcoming, ‘Timeless’ concert in Lagos, Speed Darlington wrote, “I do not know how you manage to maintain a career. Your lack of talent amazes me yet you have a career”.
Meanwhile, Davido’s, ‘Timeless’ album came off the back of a rare moment of silence from the megastar whose music has defined Afrobeats for the past decade.
Davido is set to perform songs from his new album on April 23, 2023, at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.
