Talented artiste, Daniel Benson who is popularly known as Buju has formally changed his stage name to BNXN.
The artiste made the disclosure via a statement on his official Twitter handle, @Bujutoyourears.
The new name which will simply be pronounced as “Benson” is stylized BNXN for branding and personification purposes. Furthermore, this may not be unrelated to him trying to differentiate himself from the Jamaican reggae legend, Buju Banton.
“It’s no longer ‘Buju’ call me Benson written as ‘BNXN,’” he shared on Twitter along with a video.

The singer who came to the limelight with the Zlatan-assisted single, ‘Spiritual’ has been growing from strength to strength over the last few years. Collaborating with top artists such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Ladipoe, Blaqbonez, Dr Dolor, Show Dem Camp and many more.
Finally, BNXN is set to release a new collaboration with British rapper Jae 5 in the coming weeks.
